Switching from glide to rotation made it easier to focus on technique because the shot put I practiced was not a variable anymore. I got to focus on my rotation. I think having a balanced shot that is consistent without having to change the shots has helped me stay consistent as well. The shot feels good enough that I like when I move to a comp shot there isn’t a huge change in feeling.
